Dutra Enterprises, Inc., a subchapter-S corporation, specializes in residential, commercial and industrial project opportunities. The company researches, selects, initiates, assembles, obtains entitlements, develops and constructs commercial and residential improvements in addition to providing real estate brokerage, consulting and investment services.

The company was established as an outgrowth of the Dutras’ original residential brokerage company, Dutra Realty Enterprises, Inc. When it was sold in 1999, DREI had grown to more than $900 million in annual sales and employed more than 250 real estate agents in six East Bay offices, which included home loan and investment subsidiaries. Dutra Enterprises, Inc. has since grown to become a highly successful and profitable land and investment company.

Current Projects: Dutra Enterprises, Inc. is currently completing three projects in the East Bay, including:

• $8 million commercial commercial/retail complex in the heart of Mission San Jose
• $6 million condominium project in Fremont
• Assemblage, entitlements/annexation and sale of 18 residentially-developable acres in the City of Hayward.

New Opportunities: Dutra Enterprises, Inc. is currently seeking assemblage and redevelopment opportunities in the region, particularly infill areas where its know-how and ability to expeditiously acquire lands without entitlements in 60- to 120-day escrows provide economic and synergistic advantages to the process.
